General conditions

Our general conditions apply to all our tours. 

We cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of or modification to your programme caused by circumstances outwith our control.  Participation is at your own risk. 

Conditions of payment: The total costs must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the excursion to bank account number 9478407 quoting your reservation number.  Please mention the IBAN and Bic code for all international payments. The number of participants (max. 10%)  may be changed up to 72 hours before the excursion date. 

Group cancellation charges: No refund will be given if cancelled less than 72 hours before the excursion date, 25% refund if cancelled within 1 week to 72 hours before the excursion date and 50% (minus reservation fee) refund if cancelled within 3 weeks up to 1 week. From the order date up to 3 weeks before the excursion date: € 25 + expenses incurred.

Happy Day Tours always charges reservation fee.
